The committee is thrilled to announce that we’ve held our first meeting for the Cheshire Woman Awards 2026, and the excitement is already building!

As we look ahead, we also want to acknowledge some big changes within our committee. After many years of dedicated service, Sylvia Cheater, Diana Woodward, and Terry Cochran have retired from their roles. We are incredibly grateful for their commitment and passion over the years – they have each played a vital role in making the awards what they are today.
With change comes new leadership, and we’re delighted to announce that the committee has voted Alison Blackler as our new Chair. Alison has been part of the Cheshire Woman Awards since 2010 and brings a wealth of experience, energy, and enthusiasm to the role. She’s already bringing fresh ideas to the table and is determined to make the 2026 event our best yet.
✨ As we move forward, we’ll soon be on the lookout for sponsors to join us in celebrating the incredible women of Cheshire.
✨ Nominations will open later in autumn 2025 – so keep your inspiring women in mind!
✨ And of course, we’ll also be welcoming raffle prize donations to support the event.
